Proctored Test
The University of New Mexico testing Center offers proctoring for distance education courses from several universities and colleges around the country. We are available to proctor paper/pencil exams as well as on-line exams.

Exams are administered by appointment only. You must have a photo ID to test.
Procedure for Proctored Exams (Paper/Pencil Exam or Computer Based Testing/On-line Exam):
  • Schedule an appointment to take your exam with the UNM Test Administator at least 2-3 weeks in advance.
  • Check with your school to verify that all necessary testing materials such as exams and/ or passwords have been received
    by the UNM Test Administrator at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
  • Inform your school/instructor to e-mail the UNM Test Administrator directly and to put your name (examine's name) in the subject line for all e-mail correspondence.
If your school/institution does not send an exam or all necessary instructions, usernames and/ or passwords to administer your exam your scheduled appointment will be postponed and we will need to reschedule your exam for another test date. Paper/Pencil exams must be sent by mail to:

Fees:
The Fee for proctoring distance exams is $10.00 per exam. Cash or check only. Testing fees must be paid at the testing center. This fee is subject to change if special handling of the exam is required.
