MAT

The MAT (Miller Analogies Test) is a high level mental ability test requiring the solution of problems stated as analogies. Performance on the MAT is designed to reflect candidates' analytical thinking. You must ask the graduate school you are applying to if they accept MAT scores. It is a computer based test.  Not all schools are registered with the testing company, Pearson Assessment, so you may need to bring your school code and school address on your appointment.

Results:

Your official score report will be mailed to you and your school(s) in approximately 10-15 business days from your test date.  You will receive an unofficial preliminary score report upon completion of the test.  The scores on this report are still pending verification by Pearson.  All official transcripts will be sent directly from Pearson to each recipient school you request.  You must have a current government issued photo identification to test.

Fees:

The cost is $75.00.  Testing fees are non-refundable.  Testing fees must be paid at the Testing Center.  Payment must be in the form of cash or check only.  Credit cards will not be accepted.
